General Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Meeting, consultation, and appointment booking fees are strictly non-refundable
  • Advance payments confirm your project slot and immediately initiate resource allocation
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if the project has not yet started

⚠️Why Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable: Paying the advance locks your project into our production queue. Resources, team allocation, and planning begin as soon as payment is confirmed. This is why the advance is non-refundable once work starts.

Pre-Work Cancellation

If you cancel your project before work has begun, you may submit a refund request:

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing to: contact@leadssinc.com
  • Each request is reviewed individually by our management team
  • A partial refund (minus administrative and processing costs) may be issued at our discretion
  • Decisions will be communicated within 5–7 business days

💡 We encourage clients to communicate any concerns before making payment. Our team is happy to answer all questions and clarify scope in advance.

Marketing & Advertising Services

  • Leadssinc does not guarantee specific results (sales, leads, ROAS) — performance depends on market variables beyond our control
  • Payments for marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns are launched
  • Advertising budgets are managed by the client — ad spend is separate from our service fee
  • Poor campaign results due to insufficient ad budget are not grounds for a refund

Website & Design Services

  • Once design or development work has started, no refund will be issued
  • If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, Leadssinc will revise the work at no extra charge within revision limits
  • Refunds are not issued due to a change of mind or change in business direction after work has begun
  • Clients who provide incorrect information resulting in rework will be charged additionally — this is not grounds for a refund

Rather than refunds, we focus on resolving issues through revisions and direct communication:

  • If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, contact us and we will work to resolve it
  • Our team does not abandon projects — we remain engaged until delivery
  • Regular milestone reviews and updates are built into every project to prevent surprises

🤝 The best results come from staying engaged throughout the project. Review deliverables at each stage and provide clear feedback — not just at the end.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Leadssinc is considered a breach of these terms
  • All disputes must be raised via email at contact@leadssinc.com before escalating to a payment platform
  • We will provide all project communications, meeting recordings, and deliverables as evidence in any dispute resolution process
  • Leadssinc reserves the right to suspend services to clients who initiate unjustified chargebacks
