Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or engaging with any service offered by Leadssinc, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, professional, and mutually respectful working relationship.

Payment Terms

All projects at Leadssinc follow a structured payment model designed to protect both parties:

  • Minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory before any work begins — no exceptions
  • The remaining 50% is due at the halfway milestone (approx. 2 weeks into a 30-day project)
  • Work will not commence until advance payment is confirmed and cleared
  • Clients may choose to pay 100% upfront — this is accepted and welcomed
  • Payments below 50% will not be accepted under any circumstance
  • Upon placing an order, a confirmation email is sent with payment instructions and onboarding requirements

Meeting & Consultation Policy

Meetings are a critical part of our professional workflow:

  • A mandatory meeting is required for all projects valued at ,000 or above
  • Meeting booking fee applies and is non-refundable
  • All meetings are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet
  • All meetings are recorded for quality assurance and documentation purposes
  • Meeting recordings serve as the official record of agreed project scope and requirements
  • Recordings will not be shared with third parties
  • For projects below ,000, a meeting is optional but strongly recommended

💡 Meeting recordings protect both parties. In any disagreement over scope or deliverables, the recorded session is the authoritative reference point.

Project Timeline & Access Requirements

Timely delivery depends on mutual cooperation. The following rules apply to all projects:

  • The project timeline officially begins only after all required access, assets, and information have been received from the client
  • Required materials include: website credentials, social/ad account access, brand assets, domain/hosting details, and any other platform relevant to the project
  • If the client delays providing access or materials, the project timeline will be paused accordingly
  • Leadssinc will not be held responsible for any delays caused by late client response or missing assets
  • If required materials are not received within 7 business days, the project will be placed on hold
  • Resuming a paused project may require rescheduling based on our active project queue
📋Queue Policy: Leadssinc manages multiple active projects simultaneously. Your project is assigned a position in our production queue. Delays caused by missing client materials may result in your slot being moved. The sooner all required materials are submitted, the faster your project is completed.

Revisions Policy

Revisions are included based on your selected package:

  • Each package includes a defined number of revisions — refer to your specific package details
  • Revisions exceeding the package limit will be charged separately
  • A revision is defined as a change or adjustment within the original agreed scope
  • New features, sections, or content outside the agreed scope are considered new work, not revisions
  • All revision requests must be submitted in writing (email or official message) with clear instructions

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to fulfil the following to ensure smooth project execution:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely project requirements and information
  • Submit all necessary assets (logo, images, content, brand guidelines) promptly
  • Provide all required platform access credentials before the timeline begins
  • Respond to feedback requests and milestone approvals within a reasonable timeframe
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the project
⚠️Incorrect Information Policy: If a client provides incorrect or incomplete information that requires the work to be redone, additional charges will apply. Clients are clearly informed of this policy upfront — no exceptions are made after work has been delivered based on provided information.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of all deliverables is transferred to the client only upon receipt of complete payment
  • Until full payment is made, all work remains the intellectual property of Leadssinc
  • Leadssinc reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing
  • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via official email
  • Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Consultation, meeting, and appointment booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Mid-project cancellations result in forfeiture of the advance payment

Scope of Work

The project scope is defined and agreed upon at the time of booking or initial meeting. Any additions or scope changes after project commencement may result in:

  • Revised pricing and additional charges
  • Extended delivery timelines
  • A revised project agreement to be signed

To prevent scope disputes, we strongly recommend finalizing all requirements before the project begins. This protects your investment and ensures your team’s time is used efficiently.

Limitation of Liability

  • Leadssinc is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
  • We do not guarantee specific marketing results — performance depends on ad budgets, audience behaviour, and market variables outside our control
  • Leadssinc is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or platform outages
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific project in question

Modifications to These Terms

Leadssinc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
