1. Introduction
Leadssinc is a digital marketing agency providing services including but not limited to website development, social media marketing, graphic design, and SEO. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Services
We offer the following services:
- Website Development (CMS-based, custom development, landing pages, e-commerce solutions, business websites, etc.)
- Social Media Marketing (Paid ad campaigns, organic growth, branding, content creation, strategy development, etc.)
- Graphic Design (Logos, branding, business cards, social media creatives, company profiles, etc.)
- SEO & Digital Marketing (On-page & off-page SEO, keyword research, analytics, etc.)
Each service has specific pricing, features, and payment requirements outlined in our packages.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are to be made in advance as per the agreed pricing structure.
- For services that require recurring payments (e.g., social media marketing), payments must be made on time to avoid service disruption.
- Website development and design projects require at least a 50% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Social Media Marketing payments are structured into upfront and follow-up payments every two weeks or as per the selected package.
- Advertising budgets are not included in our social media marketing packages and must be handled by the client.
- Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
4. Project Timelines & Revisions
- Website Development: Project timelines vary depending on the package and custom requirements. Standard delivery ranges from 5 days to 4 weeks.
- Social Media Marketing: Content planning, ad strategies, and execution will follow the agreed-upon schedule.
- Graphic Design: Turnaround time depends on the package. Basic logo designs are delivered within 48 hours, while full branding kits take longer.
- Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions per package. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary information, including branding guidelines, business details, and content material, where applicable.
- Clients must approve designs, campaigns, and strategies promptly to avoid delays.
- Leadssinc is not responsible for the performance of ad campaigns as various external factors influence results.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing before the project begins.
- No refunds are issued for partially completed work.
- If a project is paused or delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, Leadssinc reserves the right to charge additional fees upon resumption.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon full payment, the client will receive full ownership of final website designs, graphic designs, and marketing materials.
- Leadssinc retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- All third-party licenses (e.g., stock images, paid plugins, etc.) used in projects remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Leadssinc is not liable for any financial losses resulting from digital marketing campaigns, website downtime, or third-party service failures.
- While we implement security measures for websites, we are not responsible for hacking, breaches, or malware attacks.
- Leadssinc shall not be held liable for third-party service restrictions or policy changes (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads policies).
9. Confidentiality
- All client information provided to Leadssinc will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
- Both parties agree to non-disclosure of sensitive business information.
10. Modification of Terms
- Leadssinc reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
